promoting inclusivity, accessibility, and positivity throughout WA, and the world

I'm Amber, and I believe accessibility means a better world for all of us

For 35 years, I’ve been living with Spina Bifida. For 20 years I’ve been a wheelchair user. And since 2021, I’ve been harnessing the connective power of the internet to promote disability awareness, accessibility advocacy, (and really, really good food) around Perth.

But I’m not stopping there.

First WA, then – the world!

Since launching in 2021, I’ve visited great places, ordered amazing food (yes, total foodie), watched incredible shows, consulted with accessibility-aware businesses and brands, and taken quite a few toilet selfies!

Business & Venue audits

Are you a business; cafe, restaurant, attraction, or venue in Perth? Do you know you can book me to visit your place of business and send you an audit of how accessible I find my visit to you?

The audit comes with:

  • elements you’re doing well
  • a checklist of what you can improve on in order of importance
  • and a recommendation to use in your marketing if you receive the wheeliegoodperth stamp of approval

“Amber’s feedback about the room was highly regarded as we were able to get a fresh perspective on the room…”

“Not only was her bright, engaging approach great to be around, she also provided some useful feedback for us to ensure our café was accessible to people who get around in wheelchairs.”

“Always keen to do our best and provide a great experience with customer service we were very pleased to know we were doing well for customers with disabilities so that they could enjoy their visit with us. Thanks Amber for your feedback!”
